Project Management & Creative Vision In this Final Challenge project, I held full responsibility as the Project Manager for aligning every game element—from narrative to technical logic—under high-pressure deadlines. I led the team in conceptualizing a dynamic Day-Night Cycle, ensuring the transition between daytime exploration and nighttime survival delivered consistent tension for the players. My leadership focused on team workflow efficiency, integrating visual assets, audio, and survival mechanics into a cohesive and polished product.

Experience Design & Game Aesthetics As the UI/UX Designer, I designed a minimalist yet informative interface to keep players focused on the game's horror atmosphere. I led the creation of a Design System for 2D sprites, illustrations, and animations to ensure visual consistency across the mysterious island of Nightfall. Beyond visuals, I integrated Haptic Feedback and spatial audio to heighten tension, providing physical feedback to players when facing threats from the Tulu-Tulu tribe. The result is a gaming experience that is not only mechanically challenging but also emotionally captivating.
