Hello everyone, I’m Tegar Marino.
Many people know me as the Founder of Marino Technology, but if you look deeper, I am someone obsessed with two things: Efficiency and Solutions. My journey in the tech world isn't just about lines of Laravel code or the aesthetics of Vue.js. To me, technology is an instrument to solve real-world problems. That is the reason why my team and I at Marino Technology keep moving—from helping MSMEs through our software house to building SaaS ecosystems like Marino Leads and our healthcare platform, Rawatin.
More Than Just Business
Building a startup while completing my final thesis project has taught me one vital lesson: Discipline is freedom. Amidst the hustle of managing teams and clients, I dedicate time to sharing my thoughts on productivity and mindset. I believe that hard work without the right system only leads to exhaustion, not achievement. That’s why I truly enjoy the process of optimization—whether it's optimizing code systems, business workflows, or my own daily routines.
I believe that a quality lifestyle starts with an organized mind. Simple, functional, and timeless. Welcome to my journey. Let’s collaborate, exchange ideas, and grow even further.

I once recklessly tried to code a project, reply to client chats, and brainstorm business strategy all at the same time. The result? Nothing got finished, my brain crashed, and I realized "multitasking" is just a myth that ruins my focus.
